August 13, 2012

Well, I am officially back on Seattle time and feeling like a normal human being again. This week has been one spent in front of my DVR and taking too many naps, so now I feel ready to rock and roll.
My week ended with finally getting out of the house with Jeff which resulted in running across a cool vintage shop selling Hawaiian t-shirts, so sadly, he was in heaven.
Then I got to shoot some photographs for the kick off concert of Project 47/32 on Sunday. It's a group of my favorite guys doing some great outreach through homeless ministry, riding their bikes from Seattle to San Diego to do so. They'll be playing house shows all along the coast on the way down to raise money for the homeless population in that area. You should check them out.
But today I started my internship with Chris & Sarah Rhoads aka We Are The Rhoads. In short, they are possibly the two coolest human beings on the planet and I am beyond excited to get the opportunity to work for them.  Even day one, which was a mass blur of information, was so encouraging and joyful. I can already tell that spending a year with this couple will be inspiring for me in so many ways. They are truly great at what they do and are also wonderful souls.
